Ben was very professional installing a full central heating system which included putting the new boiler up into our loft instead of a bedroom... cupboard where the old one had been. Due to us having new windows installed at the same time Ben had to come back a few days later as a new wall had to be built under a window where the radiator was to be installed and he got the job done no problem.Hydroheat kept us up to date via texts and emails and i would recommend them to anyone.read more

Hydroheat were very helpful and professional throughout the whole process. Right from my first interaction, the team asked questions about my boiler... and made sure I was getting the right service for the age and history of the boiler, and were very clear in explaining to me what I needed and why.They were very accommodating when I needed to reschedule due to an unforeseen family emergency, and were punctual on the day of the service, again explaining everything to me and making recommendations for how I can improve the heating system in future, and even providing advice and answering questions I had regarding other issues with the water system.
