Just had Ben (Hydroheat) undertake the first annual service of my boiler that he installed exactly a year ago. As expected there were no problems detected & Ben kindly bled the radiators to ensure everything was working as it should. Once again a very professional visit & Ben was courteous & respectful of my home as per his first visit. So happy with the service provided & 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to replace/install a boiler or to have an existing one serviced.

HydroHeat has been a breath of fresh air after some bad experiences. Communication upon booking and before the appointment was excellent, with clear timings and pricing. Upon arrival, Ben was extremely friendly and professional. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard with an additional consultation and quote for further works I'd asked he provide. Highly recommended and will be my first contact for heating works in the future.

This is the 6th year that we have used Hydro Heat to carry out our boiler service, Ben did the servicing to the equipment and has a professional attitude toward his work. He was Punctual, Pays attention to detail, causes minimum disturbance with no mess left behind when completion. I will be rebooking next year.

Have taken advantage of Ben's expertise over a number of years for all heating issues from fixing radiator piping, boiler servicing and recently a boiler install. He has always been friendly, professional and helpful. The latest job was a service of the boiler he installed...again he was thorough and professional.
