Fantastic service from Ben! We faced a tricky problem with our boiler's flue placement due to building constraints, but Ben handled it expertly by installing a new Worcester Bosch boiler with a safe, compliant route. He was professional, reliable, and transparent throughout the whole process. I would not hesitate to recommend Hydro Heat to anyone looking for expert heating engineers.

Ben installed air conditioning in our bedroom this week after we were impressed by his servicing our boiler and hot water tank. We’re very happy! He communicated ahead of time about plans, sent a reminder that even included how many minutes away he was, and followed up afterwards. Really pleased. I have been using HydroHeat for several years now and every year I am more and more impressed by their professionalism and outstanding service. Their communication is on point and keep you updated every step of the way, meaning you're not left in the dark hanging around waiting for them to show up, they are always on time if they say they will be with you for a certain time they will be with you. extremely tidy and respectful to your property never leave a mess always clean up after themselves. Extremely friendly and approachable and an absolute pleasure to deal with. If you're thinking about using HydroHeat for your boiler needs then I can't recommend them highly enough. Give them a try you won't regret it and will carry on using them year in year out. reasonably priced too which is always a bonus in todays climate.

Just had Ben (Hydroheat) undertake the first annual service of my boiler that he installed exactly a year ago. As expected there were no problems detected & Ben kindly bled the radiators to ensure everything was working as it should. Once again a very professional visit & Ben was courteous & respectful of my home as per his first visit. So happy with the service provided & 100% recommend this company to anyone looking to replace/install a boiler or to have an existing one serviced.

HydroHeat has been a breath of fresh air after some bad experiences. Communication upon booking and before the appointment was excellent, with clear timings and pricing. Upon arrival, Ben was extremely friendly and professional. The work was done efficiently and to a high standard with an additional consultation and quote for further works I'd asked he provide. Highly recommended and will be my first contact for heating works in the future.

This is the 6th year that we have used Hydro Heat to carry out our boiler service, Ben did the servicing to the equipment and has a professional attitude toward his work. He was Punctual, Pays attention to detail, causes minimum disturbance with no mess left behind when completion. I will be rebooking next year.
