Ben came out to do a routine service, as always kept me updated with notifications.There was a problem with the pressure supply on the incoming gas,... which Ben had to refer as an emergency to outside services.This was dealt with immediately and Ben kept in touch to make sure everything was dealt with.Very professional service, highly recommend.read more

Brilliant service again from Hydroheat.We had an existing boiler that was having issues and Ben came round to attempt to diagnose. He explained... possible causes and fixes and also showed me the insides and pipework for the boiler which weren't in a good way and the extra risks and issues that could occur trying to replace some pipework.As I requested, he also quoted for a replacement boiler, explaining my options including higher and lower end options, the work and warranties involved, assuring my existing thermostat will also be able to be reused rather than replaced.I felt informed on both possible routes I could have taken with repair / replace without being pushed into needless expense.He provided official quote earlier than initially agreed and upon my acceptance, got a date booked in and exemplary service on the day, keeping me updated and advising on smaller issues as part of the removal and installation including finding and repairing a small gas leak.At the end of the install, Ben showed my partner and I the basic workings and pressure adjustment on the boiler and registered the warranty. No issues at all after completion and look forward to Ben / Hydroheat returning each year for our annual service.read more
Our go to now for boiler service check. Quick efficient and on time. Always able to help and answer / offer advice on any questions. Ben knows his... stuff. When we have had an issue as well he fit in visits and checks quickly without us waiting around. He took the stress off us. Thank you to Ben for coming out on short notice to fix our boiler. We where in minus degrees with no heating. He came and told us what was wrong and... ordered the parts.
